What happens on day one
The first visit doesn’t start with the adjustment — it starts with understanding you: we run a chiropractic assessment of your posture and your spine. We then give you a report of findings, explaining clearly what we saw and the care plan we recommend, and from there comes the adjustment, tailored to you. You can read what a chiropractic adjustment involves before coming in.
Allow yourself time
We set aside a specific slot for each person, so arriving on time matters: delays shorten the session. If you can’t make it, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll happily reschedule.
